Complete your very own Humor Profile to reset humor boundaries and identify areas for growth. As a group, case studies will be used to promote the use of healthy workplace humor.
1) Explore workplace humor theories, functions, styles and trends
2) Learn about the therapeutic benefits of workplace humor in regards to communication, relationships, mental wellness/resilience, conflict resolution and self-care
3) Discuss appropriate and inappropriate uses of workplace humor, including respect for others, integrity, stress management and boundaries
4) Complete a personalized “Humor Profile” that identifies participant behaviors, attitudes and competencies for ongoing professional growth
