Let me help you grow.

I've helped people grow from the inside out. Whether you're in a place of wanting a fresh start or seeking answers, I can help.

I feel empowered and incredible after listening to your CD. I did all three meditations in a row, and by the third one, I completely let go, felt myself fully relax and enter an altered state. I felt myself release fear, hurt and judgment and fill up with courage, light and love. Much gratitude for you in my life/awareness during this time.

168 HOURS: You Have More Time Than You think

When plans go wrong and they run out of time, only their lesser priorities suffer. Vanderkam shows that with a little examination and prioritizing, you’ll find it is possible to sleep eight hours a night, exercise five days a week, take piano lessons, and write a novel without giving up quality time for work, family, and other things that really matter.
